All orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days. During busy periods, including holidays and special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are shipped using tracked UK delivery services. Delivery times typically range between 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.

Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Brownie Bar London cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details.
Freshness & Shelf Life
All brownies are baked fresh prior to dispatch. Products typically have a shelf life of 3 to 5 days upon arrival, depending on storage conditions.
We recommend storing your brownies in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Some products may be suitable for freezing. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific storage guidance.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery directly with the courier. Brownie Bar London is not responsible for delays caused by missed deliveries.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review each case individually and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier issues, severe weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to support you where possible.
