Refund policy

Overview

At Brownie Bar London LTD, all of our products are freshly prepared, handmade food items. Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns.

Please read the below policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any food products.

Under UK consumer law, perishable goods such as food are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling off period once delivered.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items back once they have been dispatched.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Incorrect
• Incomplete

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please email browniebarlondon@outlook.com and include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of the product and packaging

Failure to provide photographic evidence may result in your claim being declined.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement product
• A partial refund
• A full refund

Resolutions are issued at the discretion of Brownie Bar London LTD.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Perishable food products
• Products that have been consumed
• Orders where delivery was unsuccessful due to incorrect address details provided by the customer
• Missed deliveries
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

As our products are perishable, we do not offer exchanges.

If an issue is approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, strikes or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Risk passes to the customer once the order has been handed to the courier.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
